Calling all Barebow archers!
Join us for our annual Barebow Open! You can earn a USA Archery Pin for the ranking round and we’ll have medals for top 3 placements! Then join the fun in the team round where medals are also at stake.
It's the 9th Chicago Barebow Open on Sunday, August 9th, starting at 10:00am outdoors in Lincoln Park!
We'll shoot 6 ends of 6 arrows for our 360 Ranking Round for Youth, Adult Intermediate and Adult Championship divisions. If you are a current USA Archery Youth or Adult All-Access member, then the 360 Ranking Round will serve as an achievement pin attempt!
The Ranking Round scores will be used to populate team matches. Team size will depend on the number of registrants. Each division will be bracketed into a head-to-head format. We expect this event to last approximately 4 hours. If your team is elimitated, it might end earlier.
Youth: 25 Meters, 30 Meters, 40 meters, or 50 meters
Adult Intermediate: 30 Meters
Adult Championship: 50 Meters
