Calling all Chicago-area archers!
Join us for our annual Outdoor Championship! You can earn a USA Archery Pin for the ranking round and we’ll have medals for top 3 placements! Then put your shooting to the test in individual matches, where medals are at stake & the coveted NSAC Yeti water bottle for #1 finishers.
It's the Chicago Outdoor Championship on Sunday, September 13th, starting at 10:00am outdoors in Lincoln Park!
We'll shoot 6 ends of 6 arrows for our 360 Ranking Round, for Kids, Youth, Adult Intermediate and Adult Championship divisions. If you are a current USA Archery Youth or Adult All-Access member, then the 360 Ranking Round will serve as an achievement pin attempt.
The Ranking Round scores will be used to populate bracket for individual matches. We expect this event to last approximately 4 hours. If you are elimitated, it might end earlier. If you proceed to the finals, it might be slightly longer. Have fun with friends and do your best to keep advancing!
Divisions:
Kids (intended for kids class participants shooting short distance) : 15 Meters, Barebow Only
Youth: Compound, Recurve, or Barebow; 30 Meters, 40 meters, 50 meters, or 60 meters depending on bow type and age class
Adult Intermediate: 30 Meters, Barebow Only
Adult Championship: Compound, Recurve, or Barebow; 50 Meters, 60 Meters, or 70 Meters depending on bow type and age class.
